Lost or Stolen Items
- Auudré is not responsible for replacing items that are lost or stolen during or after shipment. Once delivery has been verified via tracking number, Auudré is not liable for replacing the items. There have been instances where items were reported as stolen and replaced, only to later be confirmed as delivered to the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Details
- You are fully responsible for providing accurate address information at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted, we cannot send a replacement unless the items are returned to us. Once the original order is received back, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend it to the correct address.
Common mistakes include:
1. Missing apartment or unit number in the shipping address
2. Accidentally entering the billing address as the shipping address
We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect or insufficient address.
